These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88win platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 88win ("88win", "we", "us", "our"). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 88win.

88win's Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 88win's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposits made by you to your 88win account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Platform Availability: 88win does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical disruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect service availability. 88win will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
